नई टिहरी। तहसील गजा के दुवाकोटी से बड़ी दुखद घटना सामने आ रही है। यहां टाटा सूमो दुवाकोटी के पास खाई में गिरने से दो लोगों की मौत हो गई है जबकि ग्यारह घायल हो गए। सभी घायलों को गजा रेफर किया गया है।
पुलिस से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार रविवार को समय 9:30 बजे प्रातः थाना नरेंद्र नगर पर सूचना प्राप्त हुई कि चौकी गजा से 3 किलोमीटर दूर दुआकोटी धार से एक वाहन खाई में गिर गया है। इस सूचना पर स्थानीय पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची तो वाहन वाहन यूके 07 टीए 0530 दुआकोटी धार से करीब 150 मीटर खाई में गिरी है। वाहन में 13 व्यक्ति सवार थे जिसको स्थानीय पुलिस व स्थानीय जनता की मदद से 108 के माध्यम से सरकारी अस्पताल गाजा व नरेंद्रनगर अस्पताल भिजवाया गया घटना में 2 व्यक्तियों की मृत्यु हो गई व 11 व्यक्ति घायल हो गए। मृतकों की पहचान धर्मवीर असवाल पुत्र कर्म सिंह असवाल निवासी कठूड उम्र 45 वर्ष, रितिका पुत्री दीपा सिंह नि० अमसारी उम्र 21 वर्ष के रूप में हुई है। घायलों की पहचान विकास पांडे पुत्र सत्य प्रसाद निवासी मटियाली उम्र 35 वर्ष, साक्षी पुत्री खुशीराम जखमोला निवासी पाली उम्र 19 वर्ष, कलावती पत्नी स्व० सुभाष निवासी उत्तरकाशी उम्र 60 वर्ष, वीरेंद्र सिंह पुंडीर पुत्र शंकर सिंह निवासी फलसरी उम्र 52 वर्ष (चालक), सृष्टि पुत्री अनिल निवासी खांड तल्ला उम्र 11 वर्ष, पूजा पुत्री खुशीराम निवासी पाली उम्र 22 वर्ष, वंश पुत्र सुभाष निवासी खांड तल्ला उम्र 8 वर्ष, गौतम पुत्र सुभाष निवासी उत्तरकाशी उम्र 19 वर्ष, दीपा देवी पत्नी कुंदन लाल निवासी पलोगी उम्र 65 वर्ष, प्रवासी पत्नी अनिल सजवान निवासी खांड तल्ला उम्र 35 वर्ष, अदिति पुत्री विकास पांडे निवासी मटियाली डेढ़ वर्ष के रूप में हुई है। रेस्क्यू टीम में जी.डी. भट्ट थाना अध्यक्ष नरेंद्र नगर, उपनिरीक्षक विजय थपलियाल, हेड कांस्टेबल मनीष धन सिंह एवं हेड कांस्टेबल विजयपाल शामिल रहे।
