पीएम ने किसानों के कल्याण को सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में उठाया महत्वपूर्ण कदम

हैदराबाद। कृषि क्षेत्र को बढ़ावा देने और कृषक समुदाय को समर्थन देने के उद्देश्य से एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम में, तेलंगाना राज्य सरकार आधिकारिक तौर पर ‘प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना’ (पीएमएफबीवाई) में फिर से 9 March 2024 से शामिल हो गई है। यह पुनर्मिलन कृषि में अनिश्चितताओं के खिलाफ सुरक्षा जाल प्रदान करके किसानों के कल्याण को सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

मुख्यमंत्री रेवंत रेड्डी ने राज्य की प्रतिबद्धता पर जोर देते हुए कहा कि प्राथमिक उद्देश्य किसानों के हितों और सुरक्षा को प्राथमिकता देते हुए कृषि रीढ़ को मजबूत करना है। पीएमएफबीवाई में फिर से प्रवेश करने का निर्णय राज्य सचिवालय में आयोजित एक बैठक के दौरान लिया गया, जिसमें राज्य के कृषि मंत्री श्री तुम्मला नागेश्वर राव, पीएमएफबीवाई के सीईओ और संयुक्त सचिव रितेश चौहान सहित अन्य गणमान्य व्यक्ति उपस्थित थे।

बैठक के दौरान 2016 से 2020 तक पीएमएफबीवाई में तेलंगाना की प्रारंभिक भागीदारी और उसके बाद पिछले प्रशासन द्वारा वापसी पर चर्चा हुई। पुनः शामिल होने के साथ, राज्य का लक्ष्य आगामी फसल सीज़न से किसानों के लिए फसल बीमा लाभ बहाल करना है, जिससे यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि वे संभावित फसल नुकसान और खेती क्षेत्र में प्रतिकूलताओं से सुरक्षित हैं।

रितेश चौहान ने आश्वासन दिया कि तेलंगाना में पीएमएफबीवाई के कार्यान्वयन से फसल के नुकसान के लिए समय पर मुआवजा मिलेगा, जिससे चुनौतीपूर्ण समय में किसानों की वित्तीय स्थिरता सुनिश्चित होगी। मुख्यमंत्री रेवंत रेड्डी ने राज्य की व्यापक विकास रणनीति की आधारशिला के रूप में किसान-केंद्रित नीतियों को क्रियान्वित करने के लिए सरकार की प्रतिबद्धता दोहराई। पीएमएफबीवाई में तेलंगाना की वापसी भारत सरकार और राज्य सरकार के कृषि समुदाय की सुरक्षा करने, अपने किसानों के लिए एक लचीला और समृद्ध भविष्य को बढ़ावा देने के संकल्प को रेखांकित करती है। बैठक में राज्य के वित्त विभाग के मुख्य सचिव  रामकृष्ण राव सहित प्रमुख सरकारी अधिकारियों ने भाग लिया।  चन्द्रशेखर रेड्डी,मुख्यमंत्री के सचिव राज्य कृषि एवं सहकारिता विभाग के सचिव रघुनंदन राव और कृषि विभाग के निदेशक गोपी आदि उपस्थिति रहे।
